Our last years attendance reached 100% - These workshops were the best, we appreciate your contribution of ideas and suggestions.
Thank you to our Service Center Partner ESC Region 6 and to Sandra and Barbara for organizing an exceptional workshop opportunity. Additional thanks to their Technology staff for setting up the interface to our hosted server and allowing you to use their Laptops.

We hope these sessions will answer your questions and provide a greater knowledge of G3.

 This Workshop:

This year Workshops are very important; with the decreasing budgets librarians are faced with greater challenges; these meetings are about using and sharing your library software to show how it can do more then managing a library. This might just help with managing these new challenges, invite your Technology person, Principal, or Textbook Coordinator to attend.

There will be Technology staff from some districts in attendance; we will discuss managing and sharing your library program in different ways. Examples are Adding and Managing Self-circulation using "Easy Circ". We will cover Textbook management, Reports, inserting new C-Scope and Genre markers, Genre-izing your library collection and not necessarily your shelves.

This workshop will be mastering the nitty gritty of the library software.

WE will display newly created software programs, show and discuss the Koha Library System'

These user meetings are for those LRMS libraries and their invited Guest libraries using any Automation Software.
Please notify us of your invited guest attendee.

LRMS Hosted Services Participants who choose to bring their own Laptop must have it already setup to access your library database. Please have your Technology Dept. contact LRMS well in advance (at least seven days before the session) of the session date and we will help to ready the Laptop. There will not have time to setup the laptop on the day of the session. We will have use of the ESC6 Laptops during our afternoon session.

Hosted Online Service Libraries; please bring your Account Number, User Name and Password to allow access.
