Training Services

Many Genesis installations request our optional "On-site" training for librarians, aides, administrators, and other key personnel. Most users find it very helpful for an experienced LRMS trainer to visit their library and show them program features on their equipment. LRMS offers these group-training sessions, either at your library or at locations using a convenient training center for a group of librarians.
Training varies from one to three days during these sessions library staff receive "Hands-on Step-by-Step Training" to reinforce using the G3 applications.

Most Libraries choose "Web-on-Call" Services
This is an Internet based service which allows LRMS training staff to "Safely and Securely" work with your library staff as a group or individually teaching them their Genesis software. This service is more economical and far less expensive, dollars spent using this service eliminates the extra cost associated for on-site trainer expenses. Call LRMS for details.
