Software Support Services

Every LRMS system includes a software License and one year of Standard support, library customers may also enhance there support program through addon support packages.
Standard support includes "Toll-Free" telephone access to our technical specialists during regular business hours where questions may be asked directly to your support member. We have included up to four hours per year of remote web support to this service package along with Internet VOIP Telephone, Live Chat Internet Support, E-mail, message recording and fax communications. Library's with Internet connectivity will be able to instantly "Chat" or Speak (VOIP) with an LRMS staff member through a link on the main menu of G3. Software License Support also includes program Updates, E-News letters, invitations to select Virtual Webinar User Group meetings. Optionally, LRMS has additional low cost Webinar events that are offered for an array of library subjects.
