LRMS and Digital Sabre Solutions Partner to Offer Libraries a Better, More Efficient Management Tool

Sedona, AZ – April, 2008 – Library Resource Management Systems, Inc. (LRMS, Inc.) has hired Digital Sabre Solutions LLC to improve its current library management system using state-of the-art technology that far surpasses the competition.

This new and improved library organization system will offer more flexibility, a user-friendly interface, the ability to house multiple collections, and the capability to manage libraries at several different locations. Digital Sabre will modify the current LRMS application and transform it into a completely Web-based platform that will better support the needs of current customers. By utilizing the Web, the new LRMS application will be able to handle more clients at faster speeds in a more efficient manner.

"Circles" is the ability to add multiple libraries together within one database for the purposes of allowing all Library Patrons the opportunity to use any of the Circle Libraries.
"Circles" provides for easy resource sharing with a better and broader balance of collection materials for patrons without the need for repetative titles.
"Circles" allows for point and click Inter Library Loan, transfer ILL materials to and from circle libraries. Easily transfer one of three copies to a Circle library with a few clicks of the mouse, How Cool is that?.

We need your help to make this "Free" record database bigger and better. Contribute your current Accession dated records for use in this "MARC MATCH" collection. You will like the interface for searching for MARC records, using G3's "Pick & Pull" for searching and retrieval. These records will have Call Numbers and will be void of any holdings information. Begin using MARC Match with your G3 Version 2.0 upgrade, contact LRMS for details.
