Experienced LRMS technicians help librarians or their technology staff with hardware needs on an hourly or daily basis.
This service is for customers who need help installing or configuring workstation computers, file servers, printers,or who suspect their hardware is not operating properly, may send LRMS a service request purchase order.
Customers using systems purchased from LRMS generally have a three year "Repair or Replacement" warranty equipment service plan. Needed services for this equipment is requested through LRMS and we arrange for the solution for technician service from our service provider.
